This guarantee is subject to the following limitations, in addition to those imposed by applicable European laws and regulations.

 NOTE: The guarantee is valid only for products purchased from authorised dealers or directly from Companies within the Group, and is valid for the original purchaser in accordance with the following definitions:
1 – shock absorbers: for a period of 2 years (Italy) – 1 year (Abroad) from the date of purchase.
2 – complete air springs: for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.
3 – air springs (rubber only): for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

 

The liability of RNB-SABO, arising from this guarantee, shall be limited to only the obligation to replace or repair, free of charge, any Product or its component that, in their opinion and after careful inspection, is actually defective. RNB-SABO shall not be held liable and shall be held harmless for any possible costs, loss or damage suffered due to the loss or reduction of use, features or performance of the product or any component thereof and subject to the obligations referred to above to repair or replace defective Products, or their components; RNB-SABO shall not be held responsible for any damage, direct, indirect or consequential, caused to the client or to any third parties by these Products, including without limitation any loss of production, material loss or personal injury of any kind. RNB-SABO reserves the right to change the design of any product without incurring any obligation to modify any product previously manufactured. Any shipping charges are non-refundable.

The following are excluded from the cover provided by the product guarantee:

• Damage caused by improper use, abuse or negligence

• Damage caused by improper installation or use in an improper application

• Normal wear and tear from use or that may occur during shipment

• Damage caused by something other than defective materials or workmanship

• Damage caused by use during competitive racing, even if they are private amateur or recreational races

• Any and all claims for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use

However, the guarantee covers all damage to the product caused by defects in materials or workmanship, after assessment by the technical personnel assigned by RNB-SABO.

The above guarantee is the only guarantee provided by RNB-SABO in connection with the Products; therefore, there are no other warranties, expressed or implied offering further cover, such as warranties of marketability, adaptability to a particular purpose, merchantability or promises of quality, except as stated above. Any statement or declaration made by RNB-SABO in any other circumstances shall not be construed as extending the scope of this Guarantee.

TREATMENT GUARANTEE
The minimum requirements for a consumer to qualify for the cover of the product guarantee in the event of a claim area: 

1. Proof of purchase, necessary for processing all guarantees
2. Having, to the extent possible, carried out an examination of the suspect product for any possible damage/fault, following the instructions in the guide available on the website sabo.it under Customer Area (Troubleshooting) reachable also on Roberto Nuti Spa website
3. Unless otherwise indicated by RNB-SABO personnel, having returned the product in question to the original place of purchase for the processing of the guarantee by filing the claim on the special ONLINE CLAIM website, filling out the relevant (mandatory) fields.
4. In addition to the above points, the consumer will need to provide as much information as possible, which could help us to understand the problem relating to the product, attaching photos to the appropriate sections, and making use of the ONLINE CLAIM guide found on the sabo.it website.
